The most common cause for a home to be unlevel is water exposure and ground settlement. 


Creaky doors, sticking windows, floor and/or ceiling cracks are the most common signs that your home needs to be leveled.




 Prolonging to repair your unleveled home can cause serious structural and cosmetic damages. 

Doors may not seamlessly fit when they close, and cracks may slowly start to form in your walls, window joints, and other places.


 Yes! Leveling your home could fix your uneven floors. 


Yes! Sloping floors could be resolved by having your home leveled. This may include installing better support underneath the home.

On average, we level homes within 1-2 business days. Bigger projects may take more time depending on the square footage and the amount of damage underneath the house.
